Changes:
- AxPath: use of primary key of the record instead of recID
- French localization (thanx to Romain Gasnier)
- If tabax can not find it's resources on disk it tries to download them from Ax resources (useful for Ax 4 installations)

Hi Max.
I'm using AX resources nodes for Tabax.
When I close the AX Client, I get a Critical Error with the typical "Send to Microsoft" button.
Now, when I use images from Tabax folder, this error does not happen.
Enviroment: WinXP Spanish - Ax 4 SP1.
